Camping Wood Lust was started in 1981 by municipality Bégadan Lesparre in the Médoc amidst the infinitely large wine-growing regions in the famous Bordeaux region. Founder of Camping WOOD LUST, Mr. J. Josten. Those into old age with his wife has run the campsite. The last 15 years, the camp led by their daughter Agnes. The family has always had the camp as a secondary activity alongside their farm. In particular, keeping a large herd of cows (breed Limousin) has always given much work. The campsite is set in the former marshy wetlands of the Gironde. This prompted Mr. Josten to dig trenches and ponds the country where cattle rose to keep dry. Mr. Josten with the planting of a wide variety of trees created a park-like site, where wildlife abounds. It is located on site fishing pond, containing including carp, roach, not to mention the turtles and frogs show in all pools of their presence.
