About Camping Schatzlmühle
Camping Schatzlmühle is a well-equipped campsite just outside Scharnstein, in the easternmost corner of the "Salzkammergut" (transition with the Pyhrn-Eisenwurzen region). Sandwiched between the forested mountains, meadows and crystal clear Almrivier, our altitude of 470 m camping in the summer and winter an ideal place for your vacation. You will enjoy the quiet, sunny location and casual atmosphere. With its central location, our campsite is an ideal vertrekpunkt for attractions in the surrounding area (14 miles Gmunden -. Wels or Bad Ischl 40 km -. Linz and Steyr 60 km, Salzburg 100 km).
SANITARY FACILITIES
Our regular customers greatly appreciate our modern and hygienic toilet block (no coin needed for the shower) which is also suitable for the disabled. There is a family shower room and a baby present.
PLACES
We offer our 3 acre meadow plain and flat location:

5,000 m² tent meadow at the edge of the forest (200 m away from the toilet block - also suitable for storage of tents)
Our standard sites are approximately 100-120 m² in size and feature a power supply of 16 amps and are delineated by Spireaestruiken. During the summer there are two water stations and an outdoor shower for rinsing available.
Our Comfort - Seasonal pitches are equipped with cable TV connection.
Our fixed pitches (No. 3 on our map) are quite large and are between 145 and 385 m² - caravans may be permanently placed with a carport in a few places.
There is also the possibility to realize 35 m² (effective living space about 60 m²). A small house with a maximum building area
Dogs are allowed.
