Sophisticated and chic, it's the perfect place to meet for creative seasonal cuisine and cool ambiance. Guests enjoy savoury, progressive American fare complemented by contemporary design featuring shades of gray and silver, subtle splashes of colour, and a fireplace in the centre. For a private gathering, groups of up to 12 guests can enjoy their meal in a secluded dining area.

Valet Parking

The Park One parking garage is next door to the hotel, but is not directly affiliated with the hotel. This is the preferred garage of the hotel that allows for direct billing to guests' hotel bill. Guests can valet park at the hotel entrance or an attendant will park the car for guests when entering the garage. Cost is $60.00 overnight. Guests of the hotel have in and out privileges.

Check In/Checkout for Hotel Guests: Warwick Allerton Hotel Chicago check-in time is from 4:00 pm, and check out time is 12:00 noon. The hotel will make every effort to personalise our guests' stays if provided ETA information at the time of reservation. Late check-out requests may be made through the Reception Desk only, and are subject to determination based on Hotel occupancy. Additional charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy: All confirmed reservations not cancelled at least one day prior to arrival (defined as 4:00 pm local time day prior) will be the responsibility of the traveller. Cancellations received within the 24-hour period or a “no show” will incur one night’s room and tax charge to be assessed to the credit card on file. Please provide notice of cancellation before 4:00 pm the day prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room & tax.

Deposit/Guarantee: All reservations must be guaranteed for arrival by first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card with expiration date. The Hotel does not charge the card on file, except on those rate plans confirmed that are Advanced Pay without cancellation permitted, unless the reservation is cancelled within the 24 hour period noted, or a “no show.” The Hotel will not hold any reservation unless secured by the above methods. Upon check-in guests may use another form of acceptable payment for their accommodations.

Smoking Policy: Warwick Allerton Hotel Chicago is a 100% non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the Hotel. Should it be determined that smoking has taken place in a guestroom, the hotel will charge a $250.00 cleaning fee, placed on the guest folio before or after check-out.

Pet Policy: Service animals are allowed. No other pets are allowed. Please advise when making a reservation if bringing a service animal into the Hotel so we may prepare for the arrival accordingly.

Third and Extra Person Fees: Room rates are listed for single / double occupancy. Additional adults sharing a room will incur a charge from $25 per night, per person, up to four adults in a room providing appropriate bedding.

ADA Policy: Warwick Allerton Hotel Chicago is 100% compliant with the American’s With Disabilities Act (ADA). We offer 15 accessible rooms within the Hotel. Please ensure requests reach us by placing it in the comments section of the online reservation form, or by calling us directly at 877-701-8111 after the reservation has been made.

Roll Away Beds, Sofa Beds and Connecting Rooms: Roll away beds are $25 per night plus tax (fee is in addition to 3rd person fee if required). Room type must fit rollaway (note: queen rooms do not accommodate a rollaway) and requests must be confirmed with the Hotel directly. Connecting rooms are limited and must be confirmed with the Hotel directly. Limited king rooms with sofa beds are on an availability basis and must be confirmed with the Hotel directly.

Refrigerators: The fee for refrigerators for up to 2 nights will be at $25, $50 for 3-5 nights and $75 for 6 nights or more plus tax. Refrigerators are limited and are on an availability basis and must be confirmed with the Hotel directly. Removal of the mini-bar items to place personal items in these units will incur a mandatory $25.00 restocking fee.

Children’s Policy: Up to 2 children 12 years and under stay complimentary when sharing a room with up to 2 adults and when using existing bedding. Baby cribs are complimentary: upon request and based on availability.

Bed & Breakfast Rate: Up to 2 children 12 years and under, stay complimentary on a room only basis when sharing a room with up to 2 adults and when using existing bedding. Children eat breakfast free of charge when taken with the accompanying adults when booked under the Bed & Breakfast package rate.

Taxes: 16.4% state & city tax per night.

Minimum Age Requirements: All guests must be 18 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations at Warwick Allerton Hotel Chicago. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check-in for age verification. Accommodations with access to mini bar alcohol will only be granted to those guests with a valid ID confirming 21 years of age or older. Any guest who does not meet the minimum legal drinking age of 21 will be denied any room service that includes alcohol.

Hotel Payment Policy: In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed, at the time of check- in sufficient credit credentials for payment of accommodations must be provided through the authorization of a debit or credit card. When a debit or credit card is presented for authorization, please be advised that a credit hold in the amount of guest room charges, applicable taxes and a provision for incidental charges will be placed on the banking account. Cash payment upon check out is acceptable.
