Eschwege: travel & holiday

Eschwege is a town in the northeastern German state of Hesse. It is the district town of the Werra-Meissner-Kreis. The city has about 20,000 inhabitants and is located on the Werra, not far west of the geographical center of Germany.

Eschwege is a beautiful old town, not very touristic, but there is much to do. Nearby is the Werratalsee, a large and publicly accessible anymore.
