On the Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin, you can grab a beer at the convivial restaurant, which is more an cosy cafe. The food is not bad, but we recommend a real restaurant.
In the weekend here the football games broadcast live and big matches on Wednesday will be on the projector also. It is the only pub on the Gendarmenmarkt that broadcasts live matches.
The atmosphere is friendly, even if football is watched.
