As part of our commitment to the community, Kasbah Tamadot actively approached the leaders of the local communities to offer villagers the opportunity to work at Kasbah Tamadot. Most had never worked in a hotel before, let alone spoke English, however we proudly employed and trained the local villagers in all aspects of hotel operations and English. Today we employ 100 staff including our general management couple who both trained on Necker Island together with our extended family of 3 mules and 2 camels.
