Gold Flair Hotel am Rathaus, or Goldflair, is located in the center of the medieval goldtown of Korbach. A splendid location for the hotel, which has an excellent kitchen.

The rooms are spacious and all have a theme based on 'gold'. For example, a room in Aztec gold, another in Indian gold and a third in African gold, including giraffe prints.

The terrace is spacious and subsequently served. Some staff is a bit stiff, others are very accessible.

The restaurant at Goldflair is fine. The original German schnitzel, but also more classy dishes, such as grouse gold with black noodles.
